We work from your project designs or take on the entire process under a Design & Build contract:

HVAC
We design, install and upgrade complete heating, cooling and ventilation systems, including distribution networks and smart controls. We use heat pumps, gas condensing boilers, electric boilers, solar thermal systems, heat recovery and other energy-efficient technologies.
Smart building controls
Smart controls keep heating, cooling and ventilation running efficiently as conditions in the building change. All our systems include monitoring and controls as standard. They automatically adjust output in response to demand, weather or energy prices. A single platform connects the building services and provides online monitoring, automatic alerts, energy metering, remote access and data exports for management reports. We also supply standalone monitoring and control systems for existing buildings.
Energy performance contracting (GES)
For whole-building energy retrofits and upgrades to indoor and outdoor lighting and associated infrastructure, we usually use energy performance contracting (GES). The investment is repaid from the energy savings achieved, which we guarantee in the contract.
This model lets you modernise without a large upfront investment and gives you a contractual guarantee on savings.
Heating and cooling with no upfront investment
We design, finance, build, upgrade and operate heating and cooling plant. We build new plant or upgrade existing equipment and supply heating and cooling as a service, so you needn’t invest in equipment of your own.

Polianky residential development, Zavar
We carried out building and finishing works in 96 flats and the communal areas at Polianky. The refurbishment included electrical installations, plumbing, roof repairs and improvements to the grounds.

In many cases, yes. We plan the work around the way your building operates and can carry it out in phases. If a temporary shutdown is necessary, we agree its scope and timing with you in advance.
Yes. We also supply monitoring and control systems for existing buildings. We assess the condition of the equipment and how it can be connected, then identify which systems can share controls and where modifications or additional metering are needed.
We look at energy consumption, equipment condition and how the building is used. We compare measures by their expected savings, capital cost and operational benefits, then recommend which to prioritise and in what order.
Yes. For suitable projects, we offer energy performance contracting (GES). You repay the investment over time from the energy savings achieved, with the level of savings guaranteed in the contract.
You don’t need to buy or operate your own heating or cooling plant. We design, finance and build a new system or upgrade the existing one, then operate and maintain it. You pay for the heating or cooling supplied on the terms agreed in your contract.
