When processing your personal data, we are governed by Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended, Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and related regulations.

Personal data we process:

Contact and professional information: Name, surname, address, telephone number, POX, data listed in the CV, cover letter and job application, data on education, experience and other skills of job applicants.

For what purpose do we process your personal data:

Selection procedures: We process personal data for the purposes of the selection procedure on the basis of your application for employment (pre-contractual relations).
Management of the applicant database: If you give us consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of inclusion in the applicant database when sending a job application, we will include you in our database of job applicants for the purpose of repeated contact. We process personal data for
inclusion in the applicant database based on your consent. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time.

How long do we keep your personal data:

We will keep your personal data for a period of 6 months after the end of the selection procedure. If we do not invite you to the selection process, we will immediately delete your personal data. If you have given us your consent to be included in the applicant database, we will keep your personal data for 2 years after the year in which they were obtained. After the end of the storage period, we will ensure the immediate disposal of your personal data.

Are you obliged to provide us with personal data?

The provision of personal data for the purposes of the selection procedure is mandatory. If you do not provide personal data, we cannot invite you to the selection process. The provision of personal data for the purpose of inclusion in the applicant database is voluntary.

With whom will your personal data be shared?

Mediators:
In some cases, we can entrust the processing of your personal data to our service suppliers, i.e. intermediaries who process your personal data on our behalf only on the basis of documented contractual instructions.

Transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization:
Your personal data may be transferred to the international Microsoft organization for the purpose of providing online services (e-mail and data storage). What are your rights?

Right to withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of inclusion in the applicant database at any time by sending a written request by post to our address, or electronically to the email address ochrana.udajov@bk.sk. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your personal data before its withdrawal.

The right to access your personal data
Upon request, you have the right to receive information about what personal data we process about you and to provide a copy of your personal data. However, the rights of third parties cannot be limited by this.

The right to correct or supplement personal data
Personal data must be correct, up-to-date and true. Upon request, you have the right to correct and complete your personal data. By exercising this right, you will help us keep your personal data correct and up-to-date.

The right to erasure of personal data
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if the purpose of the processing has ended or the personal data is being processed illegally.

Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to block your personal data upon request.

The right to transfer your personal data
Upon request, you have the right to receive your personal data that we process about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to request the transfer of this personal data to another operator, if this is technically possible. However, the rights of third parties cannot be limited by this.

The right to object to the processing of your personal data
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

Method of exercising rights
You can exercise your rights by sending a written request by post to our address or electronically to the email address ochrana.udajov@bk.sk.

We will respond to your request regarding the processing of personal data without undue delay in any case within one month of its delivery. In special cases, the deadline can be extended by another two months, but in any case, we will inform you about the reasons for the deadline extension within one month of receiving the request. The information is provided free of charge. However, if your requests are unreasonable or frequently repeated, we may request a reasonable administrative fee for processing them.

You have the right to submit a proposal to initiate proceedings to the supervisory authority (Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27) if you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to these conditions or applicable legislation.
